Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: During his visit to Latur and Beed districts, deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar stated that he is focusing on highlighting the government's numerous welfare schemes and development projects instead of engaging in confrontations with the opposition. Addressing Union minister Nitin Gadkari's remarks on the Majhi Ladki Bahin scheme, Pawar expressed his intention to discuss the matter with Gadkari upon returning to Mumbai to understand the basis of the statement. He emphasized the state government's commitment to inclusive development and unity across communities, urging support for the Mahayuti alliance in the upcoming elections and reiterating the party's commitment to secular values. Pawar also highlighted initiatives such as the Jan Sanman Yatra and the Majhi Ladki Bhagin Yojana, which provide financial aid to women and various support measures for different sections of society.He expressed confidence that these initiatives would persist for the next five years should the Mahayuti receive support in the forthcoming elections.
